While on tour in December 2018 we took the oportunity to put on a concert at the UNHCR refugee camp for displaced people from CAR in Yokadouma. The first entertainment ever put on for the refugees in over 4 years of the camp’s existence . . .
We want to return to Yokadouma in December 2019 to give the refugees another concert. Please help us make this possible by donating and sharing . . .
We collected more voices including this man, living next to the WWF controlled reserve at Mambele. While we stayed here for a concert we were only fed manioc leaves and boiled plantains. The Baka of Mambele claimed to be vegetarians as they were forbidden to hunt animals, even those that came into their gardens to eat their vegetables….
